Meet Robyne & Dianne:
We're Robyne and Dianne, founders of Golden Bam Mahj Co.
Golden Bam was born from a simple idea: Mahjong deserves to be experienced, not just learned. We set out to create a company that blends thoughtful teaching with beautifully curated events, making the game approachable for beginners while respecting the tradition and history that make it so special.
Although we teach American Mahjong, we believe understanding the game's Chinese origins adds depth and meaning to every lesson. We approach the game with curiosity, respect, and a commitment to sharing its story alongside its strategy.
From private Mahjong 101 lessons and community classes to corporate events, fundraisers, private parties and custom gatherings, we design experiences that feel polished, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. We also provide premium game rentals and event styling, making it easy to bring people together around the table.
Our approach is personal, detail-driven and centered on creating spaces where people feel comfortable learning, playing and returning again and again. Whether you're hosting four friends in your home or planning an event for a large group, our goal is always the same: to create an experience people remember long after the final tile is played.
