Thank you for purchasing from Yinz Mahj LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Please take a few minutes to review our below policies regarding shipping, returns and exhanges.
Shipping
Items are produced just for you using a print-on-demand service. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number once your order has been successfully placed. When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order and/or backorder, or if your items are printed at different locations).
Once a package has been shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist if a package is lost or delayed.
No Returns, Refunds, or Credit
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at yinzmahj@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the details of the issue and a clear photo the defect. We will notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, per our Refund Policy.
Exchanges
Because we are a new small business, we are sorry that we cannot do returns if you change your mind or would like a new size, color or design. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
